SCS SB 1105 -- INCOME TAX CHECK-OFF FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

This bill creates a check-off on the Missouri individual and
corporate income tax forms for contributions to the newly created
Breast Cancer Awareness Trust Fund.  The funds will be
transferred to the Friends of the Missouri Women's Council to be
used solely for providing breast cancer services.

The provisions of the bill will expire six years from the
effective date.
